That chocolate was good for health had long been known, but even that is capable of losing weight is a very recent news. Yet it seems just like that: according to research carried out by the University of Granada, the greater the amount of chocolate that is consumed, lower is the amount of fat which are deposited on the body. The study in question, which could make the delight of all the greedy, was published in the journal Nutrition and is part of a wider project called Helena, who would be the acronym for Healthy Lifestyle in Europe by Nutrition in Adolescence, which makes use of European Union financing.

The result is, of course, the chocolate no increase your weight: and the results of the research are to be considered more than reliable, since it is the largest study ever conducted so far on a sample of children in the European continent. The evidence does not seem to admit objections nor discussion: when the consumption of chocolate increased, the total fat that are distributed in the body of adolescents are reduced, referring to the excess fat that is deposited on the entire body, and specifically , in the abdominal area.
